Information We Collect
We collect information guests provide when checking availability, making a direct booking, contacting us, or communicating before and during a stay. This may include name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, guest count, message details, and booking/payment status.
How We Use Information
We use guest information to manage bookings, confirm availability, process payments, communicate about stays, provide local support, prevent fraud or double bookings, comply with legal obligations, and improve the guest experience.
Payments
Direct booking payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Stripe may process payment information according to its own privacy and security policies.
Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, booking operations, payment processing, email, analytics, customer support, artificial-intelligence-assisted chat, and local concierge support. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
Website Assistant
Messages sent through the website assistant may be processed by our artificial intelligence provider to answer questions about the apartments and booking process. We store conversations under a pseudonymous session identifier, redact common email addresses, phone numbers, and long digit sequences before storage, and do not store an IP address with the transcript.
Redacted transcripts are used to improve guest support and understand common questions. They are deleted after 30 days. Please do not share sensitive personal, health, payment, access-code, or existing-booking information in the assistant.
Saved Quote Reminders
If you actively choose to save a direct-booking quote reminder, we store the email address you provide, the apartment, dates, guest count, selected currency, consent time, reminder status, and an unsubscribe token. The legal basis for this reminder is your consent. The checkbox is not pre-selected.
We use this information only to send one reminder about the quote you asked us to save, unless the booking is completed first. Every reminder email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete quote-reminder information linked to your email address by contacting us.
Quote-reminder records are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted. Unsubscribe records may be kept to ensure we do not send future quote-reminder emails to an unsubscribed address.
Retention
We keep booking and direct communication records for as long as reasonably needed to manage reservations, support guests, comply with tax or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Redacted website-assistant transcripts are retained for 30 days. Saved quote reminder records are retained for up to 90 days.
